Curious about the nutritious and delicious wild plants growing outside your door? Join us for a walk around the beautiful grounds of the Seligman Center in Sugar Loaf, NY, as we identify local plants and learn how they can be used for food and medicine. We’ll discuss the basics of plant identification, helpful tools and supplies to have on hand, and how to forage in a safe and sustainable way. There will be snacks, drinks, and wild-harvested treats to enjoy, too!
